A great article on the Anthology in the review Cahiers d’ethnomusicologie!

This compilation of 43 pieces by musicians from all horizons, shows that the overtone singing, far from being frozen in the repetition, is a practice inscribed in the diversity. For this reason, it is indeed, like the title of this compilation, an anthology, an anthology of selected pieces representative of the various singers, their techniques and their periods, devoid of any claims of exhaustiveness. The booklet of 48 pages accompanying the project is presented with a scientific rigor that makes it an important document reflecting “a multiple tradition. (…)””

Many thanks to Emilie Mai from Borealia Publishing House.
